Comet NEOWISE from the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia.
While in grad school, McGuire took an interest in amateur nature photography and astrophotography. He hasn't quite gotten to the point of investing in a dedicated telescope for imaging, but will give in soon enough. A small selection of his photos are below.
